The first published rule is titled Fisheries of the Caribbean, Gulf of America, and South Atlantic; Snapper-Grouper Fishery of the South Atlantic; Regulatory Amendment 36.
The second rule addresses West Coast salmon fisheries, and establishes a rebuilding plan for the overfished Queets River Spring/Summer Chinook Salmon stock.
