A proposed board overseeing National Institutes of Health grant awards would include NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya and Russ Vought, director of the White House Office of Management and Budget, and would be required to reach unanimous decisions on grant awards, according to a Politico report carried by The Hindu on Sept. 20.[1]
